What was the outcome with your PS3 connection?
If your still having problems, from what I have read it could be your ISP or modem.
Give your ISP a call & tell them your problem or at worst you might need to update your modem.

How did you go with RDR last night?
I stayed on till 10.30 but I was so tired I went to bed.
Go for the DMZ option for your PS3 as this works for all games that connect online.
