Looks more like a piece of [promo]cardboard (or even a mini poster?) just placed on top of the game (game case is still sealed in plastic, they wouldn't have gotten it signed just over the plastic would they?)

Very nice man. I was considering getting another just to keep sealed as one stage, but later changed my mind.

I must say, the CE is considerably cheaper there at ₤50 where it's equal to around ₤84 here. That's why I opted to order one from HMV, along with the "O-ring" version as well. I saved a fair bit of $$.

LoL. I forgot you're from the UK. As well as my "exclusive" slip cover, I prefer to have it all!

I only got it for that O-ring, and I got rid of the game quickly as well. So my CE now has that slip cover among other FFXIII related stuff like the LE guide book, LE soundtrack, calendar and other free crap I got.

You have a nice collection, I don't know why you have a double of the CE though?!?
