Nothing like a bit of Sonic the Hedgehog on Mega Drive. Sure, I liked it when Tales was introduced but nothing beats just playing alone with Sonic.

My favourite sonic game is 2011's Sonic Generations as it features the best collection of zones from all the sonic games over the last 21 years (and excluding SEGA's sonic racing and olympic games), but also two sonics which equals two different ways to play the game.

sonic the hedgehog 2, it is my favourite game because it was the first ever game i brought on my sega genesis when i first got it. the game is brilliantly put together with awesome sprites, levels, and specially awesome because you could play co-op with Tails.

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle because not only was story mode so intense and awesome. It also had Chao Island which in it's own right was so rich in great content it could have been released as its own game. Both experiences beautifully synchronised together so much so it was as if venturing to Chao Island was like taking a digital holiday, it was surreal. :D

First of all, it was my very first Gamecube game and it was probs still my favourite game of all time. EVERYTHING was amazing in it. The most time consuming, yet funnest thing was raising your chao. I think it took me around 2 years to get a perfect Angel Chaos Chao, that was my accomplishment of my life <3 you need it to give every animal (specifically in order I think, I forgot lol) and raise it well or you would not get it. Angel Chaos Chao and Devil/Evil Chaos Chao doesnt reborn unlike normal chao's 3rd stage evolution, it lives on forevaaaaaaa [MOG]

I was close to get Evil chaos chao as well but I screwed it up lol, though I was successfully able to get a Sonic Chao (not the official one) he was so fast <3

Story mode was intense storyline made perfect sense and I loved every bit of it. Loved it soooooo much still to this day <3 <3 <3

Though I have failed to get the secret Green Hill Zone, where you have to get EVERY stage cleared on A rank. My friend did it and its amazing <3

Loved the boss battles as well, much better than recent sonic games. Loved the storyline, everything was just so amazing <3 and it was on GC lol

Sonic Heroes on Xbox. [Derp] It was the first Sonic Game I enjoyed and I loved switching between characters all the time.

And the stages were all awesome, and the main theme song was awesome and it was an awesome game. [Derp]

I'd say it would be Sonic Heroes. That game was off the chain because it had newly developed graphics but it still held all the old elements of Sonic and it just added a whole new dimension to the game!

My fave would be the very first Sonic The Hedgehog on the Sega Master System, that was one of the first games that i owned and played as a kid and still love till this day, brings back heaps of memories.

My favourite is Sonic 3, personally, it was the first game that introduced me to the who Sonic Adventure and it was a great game. From here on, I continued to play some of the older and new sonic's in this series.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 because thats when you could play as Tails and Tails is my favourite character in the Sonic games.

And my sister and I would play the Special Stages non-stop we would always battle to see who was the better Sonic the Hedgehog player ;)

Sonic the hedgehog 2 first game i ever beat by my self it was a proud moment in history of gaming [MOG]

plus being able to run around as tails as well was awesome flying around and pwning n00b baddies

If you mean Mega Drive version then you didn't fly as tails, you couldn't fly in that one
