
A report suggests that big name games are 8 percent cheaper in 2012 compared to last year.
However, these are recommended retail prices set by publishers, not necessarily what retailers charged.
So, are have games actually been cheaper in Australia this year? Especially on launch day? JB has always done some crazy deals on launch, before hiking prices back up. If I recall correctly, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier was $69 at launch.
Although, it did carry an already lower RRP of $89.95, and then JB knocked another $21 off.
